1 red pepper
2 small zucchini (courgette)
8 mushrooms
8 cherry tomatoes

Olive oil
Method
Dice the fillet (if not using Pampas Plains diced beef) - allowing four cubes of meat per stick. Cut the onions into quarters. Cut the courgette, mushrooms and tomatoes into cubes. Cut the bacon slices into squares.
Prepare the brochettes starting with the beef cube, alternating with the onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, courgettes, bacon, and red pepper. Grill the brochettes either naturally brushed with olive oil, or paint lightly with the Pampas Plains chimichurri sauce.
