Description The longaniza is a long sausage from the north of Argentina and is a little like the French merguez, but milder in taste and a little longer.
Our longaniza is based on a traditional pork recipe and known as the 'Colorado'.
They are great cooked under the grill and on the bbq, served with a fresh salad and a glass of white wine.
